Joining Top-Up Degree Programmes

To join our Top-Up degree programmes, specific Diplomas are needed. These Diplomas cover particular topics and are intended to complement the curriculum of our Top-Up degrees. 

These Diplomas are listed under the "Progression From" tab on the top-up's webpage.

Applying with Alternative Qualifications or Work Experience

LIBT recognises the variety of educational backgrounds and professional experiences among its prospective students. Through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), students with qualifications from other institutions or significant professional experience may still be eligible for our Top-Up programmes. 

RPL evaluates an individual's educational and professional experiences, potentially granting credits that can fast-track their qualification for Top-Up degrees. RPL applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to join a programme through RPL, please fill out the form on our website or contact enquiries@libt.co.uk with a copy of your CV and other supporting documents.

Tailored Educational Pathways

Our Top-Up degree programmes are structured to support students from all backgrounds. We recommend that you hold the prerequisite qualifications listed on the programme webpage, but we also offer alternative routes for individuals with relevant yet different backgrounds.
